Refund and Returns Policy

At Tushima, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed parts
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Electrical parts (unless faulty upon delivery)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at sales@tushima.com.my within 48 hours of receiving the order.

5. How to Return an Item

Please contact us with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
